    You review the proposal

    You receive a project quote or an hourly estimate, depending on the scope. Work begins once we agree on the approach and cost.

Defined projects can be quoted at a fixed price. Evolving requirements and ongoing development can be billed hourly, with rates and approval checkpoints agreed in advance. All prices exclude VAT.

What do the starting prices cover?

Starting prices apply to entry-level projects with a defined scope. The final quote depends on page count, design requirements, features, content, and integrations. We confirm what is included, including revision rounds and content responsibilities, before work begins.

How much does a custom website or application cost?

It depends on what we’re building. A focused portfolio and a web application with accounts, dashboards, and integrations have different requirements. After discussing your project, we provide an estimate based on its scope.

Can you build a custom Shopify store?

Yes. We can develop tailored Shopify storefronts, including Hydrogen-based builds. These are quoted according to design, catalogue requirements, and integrations.

Are hosting and platform fees included?

WordPress packages include hosting for the first year. Renewal costs are confirmed in your proposal. Domains, paid plugins, Shopify subscriptions, and other third-party services are listed separately where applicable. Hosting for custom projects is scoped in the proposal.

Who provides the content and products?

Unless included in your proposal, you provide the text, images, and product information. The entry-level online-store package includes store setup, but not product entry. Additional content work can be scoped separately.

Can you support the project after launch?

Ongoing maintenance, improvements, and technical support can be arranged separately. Your proposal explains any included post-launch support and the options available afterwards.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices shown exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is added separately and detailed in your proposal and invoice.
